Rules & Regulations
- Open to all fitness levels.
- Participants below 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Prior registration is mandatory.
- Limited slots available; entries may close early.
- Wearing the official bib is compulsory throughout the run (No bib = no entry).
- Participants must follow the marked 5K route and instructions from volunteers.
- Run/walk at your own pace and responsibility.
- If feeling unwell, stop immediately and seek medical assistance.
- Participants must report on time for warm-up and briefing.
- Maintain sportsmanship and respect fellow participants.
- Any misconduct may lead to disqualification.
- Do not litter; use designated bins.
- Organizers may modify route, timing, or format if required.
- Participants consent to use of event photos/videos for promotional purposes.
Safety Policy & Attire Guidelines
- Participants must wear comfortable running shoes suitable for road running.
- Lightweight and breathable sportswear is recommended.
- Bib number must be worn visibly at all times.
- Optional gear like fitness bands, watches, or caps can be used.
- Participants must stay within their fitness limits and follow the marked route.
- Inform volunteers immediately in case of injury or discomfort.
- Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate.
- Earphones allowed only at low volume.
- Avoid inappropriate or unsafe clothing.
